A long rest is a period of extended downtime, at least 8 hours long, during which a character sleeps or performs light activity: reading, talking, eating, or standing watch for no more than 2 hours. On Outlands, a Long Rest will restore all of your hitpoints, spellpoints, and will cure some status problems. In order to long rest, you must use two supply crates. They should be done away from others in a safe place, such as your own base or home, an ally's home, or a safe place in the world. It represents sleeping, meditating, or whatever your race does to recover and heal and can't be done just before combat, in a public place, or because you 'forgot'.
Supply crates are received from the Mimir in the Marketplace in exchange for your daily token. You will get 4 each day. They expire after a time.
