A Damaran rogue strolling the streets of Baldur's Gate
An Illuskan sorceress honing her magical talents

Humans are among the most short lived and diverse races one may find. Perhaps because of their shorter lives, humans push themselves with a rare drive to achieve as much as they can in the years they have. Many feel as if they have something to prove, while others feed their passions that drive them. Humans are often the innovators, achievers, and pioneers of the worlds they dwell. They vary greatly in stature, skin color, culture, and creed - yet are all fundamentally similar in spite of their great diversity.
