A short rest is a period of downtime, at least 1 hour long, during which a character does nothing more strenuous than eating, drinking, reading, and tending to wounds. On Outlands, a short rest will restore some hitpoints, exhaustion, and will cost 1 supply crate. A short rest can be taken anywhere, so as long as the character hasn't been doing strenuous activity in the past hour.

Supply crates are received from the Mimir in the Marketplace in exchange for your daily token. You will get 4 each day. They expire after a time.
